Studio B
A mid-sized event space in Vancouver WA with a live room and small isolation booth, Studio B is great for bands and vocal/overdub sessions. It features 32-channel I/O in a spacious control room, variable live room acoustics and a comprehensive set of outboard preamps and processors. It is also easily tied to Studio A for larger sessions.
The live room has a 20” vintage Slingerland drum kit in place with a full mic compliment and a small iso booth for guitar amps or single performers. All instruments are patched and normalled to the Neve 8058 preamps in the control room. The dead room is designed for isolation of amplifiers from drums or acoustic instruments, but can be opened to the live room if isolation isn’t critical.
Chelsea Nicole Lapp is a Vancouver based choreographer and teaching artist, having worked professionally in the theatre world since age 4. She has taught dance classes for over a decade and has performed in professional and non-professional productions across the United States and Uganda. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from California State University, Northridge and is an alumnus of the Pulse Teacher Workshop with Andy Blankenbuhler. She is also an accomplished actress, having starred in over 75 student and professional productions. She is thrilled to bring her talents to the Pacific Northwest.
