Nebula’s open-air foredeck is fitted with a small crane and beach landing door, while its hardtop hydraulically lowers to reduce its height to three metres.

The food is excellent and the cocktails are great but the burger is a must. The double patty is overflowing with American cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles, confit onions and special sauce. The lightly fried bowl of salt and pepper broccoli is also worth trying.
They have two bar mavens behind the shakers and they know their stuff. They can recommend just about anything on the extensive list. They offer two happy hours a day, Monday – Saturday starting at 8PM. During the first one, you can get select drinks and half price appetizers (spinach and artichoke dip, wonton tacos, mozzarella sticks, brew pub pretzels and beer cheese dip, and loaded waffle fries). The second one is Tuesday through Thursday after 4PM, where they feature reserve agave spirits.
